Non refundable deposit: The deposit will start the custom design process with providing mock ups. Upon mock up approval, a first sample will be manufactured for final approval. Additional sample will incur additional fees.

You will be getting mocks ups of your sock as well as sample pictures (high resolution) in order to approve the socks to be manufactured.

There will be a a $15 charge if you want to physically receive your actual pair of socks (sample). Which means, that we will only refund $60 out of your $75 deposit.

We begin with several design mock ups. If you like the picture, we’ll continue on with your sock sample, as illustrations do not translate  the same. This will definitely help in the approval process and finalizing your design. We require a non-refundable $75 deposit to produce the required sock sample. This will be applied to the total order when you order the sampled style. We offer your first sample at no charge. Any changes made after the initial sample will require another sample to be made. For this we do charge a $25 fee.

Order the size and quantity you want (see below). You’ll have your personalized socks within a couple of weeks. A 75% deposit is required at this step to produce your creation. The $75 deposit is only applied upon shipping, along with the final payment.

Excess production:

We typically produce a small percentage of socks in excess of the quantity ordered. Production quantity may vary +/- 10% of your total quantity ordered. This is a by product to meet our standards in finished production quality. You will be charged and shipped for any extra socks produced, up to 10% of your total quantity ordered.
